With panoramic views, fine linens, and beautiful art, this is a luxury stay. Sleeps max 12 Guests. Pets allowed (2 dogs max). No events allowed. Located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Three Stories
Luxury boutique, fully equipped apartments located in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district. Optimal location to park your car, walk to major attractions, and return to an intimate setting. Located above highly acclaimed Preserved Restaurant. For adults only, this is an intimate, novel-based stay perfect for couples, personal retreats, or a relaxing girls' weekend. You can choose to stay in the Foreword (1 BR/1BA w/ balcony, 2 Guests max), the Prologue (1 BR/1BA w/ balcony, 2 Guests max) or the Epilogue Suite (2 BR/2BA, 4 Guests max). For big groups or wedding parties, rent all 3 units (8 Guests max). No pets allowed.

Cordova Cottage
A duplex located in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district. Ideal location to park your car, walk to major attractions, and return to a spacious unit. Optimal for wedding parties, big groups, and families. Each unit has 3 BR/2BA with private parking up to 3 cars (max 6 Guests). Rent one or both units. Two small dogs allowed in bottom unit only.
